Carolina's is now open for lunch and dinner throughout the week and late night (after 10 pm) music Friday and Saturday. Live Music at Parker Rd. location and DJ at the Rosemeade location. Check back, full website coming soon!

We offer over twenty years of experience with a new concept. With the opening of Carolina’s Mexican Cuisine and Taco Mundo we’re planning to continue the tradition of providing great food and customer service that is unmatched. We have been privileged to cater to Cattle Barons, Jerry and Steven Jones, Chamber of Commerce, The Hunt Family (KC Chiefs owner), SMU, Barry Andrew’s, and Dallas Arboretum just to name a few.

After All Catering caters to any event and all types of meals including lunches, breakfast meetings and dinners. No event is too small or too big. We look forward to severing you with a smile and great service that you deserve.
